At Denny’s Canada, we believe in being a team and recognizing the “Power of We”! We are fortunate to have an amazing group of Managers and Staff that are the Brand Ambassadors in all our restaurants. They work with conviction and loyalty to highly exceed all of our Guest’s expectations, every visit, every day! Why you ask; because WE LOVE TO FEED PEOPLE!
Our team also consists of a group of dedicated District Managers, Area Managers, Regional Managers and Head Office Staff that help support our restaurant teams behind the scenes. It is only through the vast wealth of knowledge and experience combined, that we have been able to achieve the success we have year after year.

President & COO
Born and raised in Ontario, Deborah comes to us having recently been in a senior leadership role with Apple Retail Inc. and having successfully operated restaurants in Toronto catering to the upscale casual market
Previous to this Deborah was with our company for 17 years and was involved with the opening of more than 20 new locations. Deborah was also responsible for 3 training stores, the development of new Area and District Managers, and was instrumental in the creation and implementation of new policies.
Deborah brings with her a deep understanding of our culture, our people and our company. In her role as Vice President, she is directly responsible for navigating the many challenges inherent in running a successful restaurant chain and in building the brand.
Vice President- Operations
Rajeev joined Denny’s in 1998. After a successful ten years in Calgary as Regional Manager, he moved to Vancouver in 2011. He took over a new role as Director of Operations and has been an integral part of vision, planning and operations for Denny’s restaurants and Bar One.
Over the years, Rajeev has won many awards and has been a pillar in management development. He has been leading openings and company initiatives for number of years.
After completing 3 years in Hotel Management and Catering Diploma, he started his career with 5 star hotel chain in 1987. He was awarded topper of the college, three years in row. Over the years he has held prestigious position as Team Leader, for catering of Presidential and Prime Ministerial delegations.
